- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
Preparation steps

Pit the dates and stuff with almonds. Thinly slice the duck breast lengthwise and wrap around the dates, securing with toothpicks. Sauté in hot oil for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown on all sides.
