Ingredients

12Dates (about 220 grams)
1 ounceWalnuts
6Sage leaf
4 ouncesfresh Goat cheese
Salt
black Pepper
3 slicesProsciutto
4 ouncesBaby greens
½Lemons
1 tablespoonOlive oil (extra-virgin)

1 Small skillet, 1 Small baking dish, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Salad spinner, 1 Fork

Directions

Display mode:
1 Cut along one side of the dates and remove pits.
2 Toast walnuts in a dry skillet, let cool and chop coarsely.
3 Rinse sage, shake dry, pluck leaves and finely chop.
4 Mix goat cheese with the walnuts and sage and season with salt and pepper.
5 Fill the dates with the cheese mixture.
6 Cut the prosciutto into 12 pieces and wrap each around a date. Place wrapped dates, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated 200°C (fan not recommended, gas mark 3) (approximately 400°F) until sizzling, about 12 minutes.
7 Rinse the baby greens and spin dry. Squeeze juice from lemon and put 1 tablespoon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper and whisk in the olive oil. Toss salad with the dressing and serve alongside the dates.
