- Lettuce (frisée and leaf lettuce)
- 10 small, firm Porcini mushroom
- 6 Tbsps Canola oil
- 400 grams smoked duck legs (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp White vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Raspberry vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Walnut oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Select the lettuce leaves, rinse thoroughly, shake dry and pluck into small pieces. Trim the mushrooms and cut in half lengthwise.
Fry the mushrooms in 3 tablespoons of canola oil for 2 minutes over medium heat.

Combine the 2 vinegars, the walnut oil and the remaining canola oil and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the duck breast with mushrooms and salad and drizzled with the dressing.
