1 Lime (juice)
2 Tbsps Coconut syrup
400 milliliters Coconut water (bought fresh or finished)
2 fresh mint (leaves)
2 handfuls Crushed ice
sparkling mineral water

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and remove the stems of the strawberries and blend together with the lime juice and coconut syrup. Add the coconut water and mix briefly. Rinse the mint leaves, shake dry and finely chop half of the leaves.

2.

Fill the glasses with the ice, pour in the juice mixture and stir in the chopped mint. Finish with sparkling water and garnish with mint leaves.
