700 gramsripe Strawberries
500 gramsRhubarb
1fresh Lemons (for juice)
1Vanilla beans (scraped)
500 gramsJam sugar (2: 1)

Directions

1 Rinse and hull strawberries, chop. Rinse rhubarb and chop into small pieces. Combine fruit with lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla. Bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes until bubbly.
2 Pour into prepared jars, cap tightly and turn upside down for 10 minutes. Store in cool and dark place until ready to serve.
