- 500 grams Strawberries
- 500 grams Rhubarb
- 400 grams Fructose
- 5 sheets white gelatin
- 4 tsps Sweetener (liquid)

Preparation steps
1.
Soak gelatine in cold water. Rinse and hull strawberries. Mash roughly in a pot. Rinse and peel rhubarb. Cut into 1 cm (approximately 0.4 inch) pieces. Combine with strawberries. Add sugar and bring to a boil. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring.

Squeeze out gelatine well and mix with 3 tablespoons of hot fruit jam. Add to the rest of jam. Remove pan from heat, and stir in sweetener. Pour jam into prepared preserving jars and seal well. Serve as needed.
