4 Steak fillet each about 200 grams (approximately 7 ounces each)
2 Tbsps Corn oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
For the beans
300 grams green Beans
12 slices Bacon
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse green beans and cook in boiling salted water about 10 minutes. Drain, rinse and drain.

Cook the steaks in very hot oil for one minute on each side. Reduce the heat and cook about 2 to 4 minutes per side. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan, cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, partially cook the bacon in a skillet. Wrap bundles of green beans in bacon slices. Cook bundles until bacon is cooked through.

Serve steaks with green beans wrapped in bacon.
