- 8 Pork neck (about 220 grams)
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground paprika (sweet)
- 800 grams green Beans
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsps butter
- salt
- 100 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 1 handful freshly chopped parsley
Preparation steps

Rinse the meat, pat dry and place in a shallow dish. Mix the oil with some pepper to taste, lemon juice and paprika and brush over the meat. Covered and marinate for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse and trim the green beans. Peel the onion and chop finely. Cook onion in the butter in a pan until translucent. Add beans, season with salt and pepper, stir in a little broth, cover and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.

Season the steaks with salt and pepper and fry on both sides in a pan over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.

Season the beans and stir in parsley. Serve with the pork steaks.

Serve with herb butter, if desired.
