- 2 Chinese cabbage
- 24 Wonton wrapper (frozen, 10x10 cm, from Asia grocer)
- 1 egg white
- Frying oil
- 1 Leek
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 Tbsps Chili sauce

Preparation steps
1.
Very finely cut the crabmeat and Chinese cabbage. Brush he edges of the wonton wrappers with egg white. Place some filling each wrapper, roll it up and twist the ends.
2.
Heat the oil to 175°C (approximately 350°F). Cut the leeks into rings and sauté briefly in the oil.
3.
Cook the rolls in the hot oil. Drain on a paper towel. Serve with chili sauce.
