- 6 sheets Rice paper
- 6 leaves Lettuce
- 100 grams shrimp
- 1 carrot
- 150 grams Basmati rice (cooked)
- Asian Fish sauce
- 80 grams Pineapple

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse carrot, peel and julienne. Spread out a damp cotton cloth, place the rice paper on it and let it soak. Place lettuce leaves on the rice leaves.
2.
Season rice with fish sauce. Place rice, carrots, shrimp and pineapple in the middle of the lettuce leaf in a row. Fold in two opposite sides of the rice paper and roll up tightly. To serve, cut rolls in half with desired dipping sauce.
