150 grams chopped Caper
150 grams Crème fraiche

Preparation steps

For the tuna caper sauce: Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until translucent.

Stir the tuna, capers and creme fraiche into the onion mixture and puree with a handheld mixer. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3.

For serving: Cook the spiral noodles according to the package directions. Drain and divide the noodles between bowls. Top with the tuna-caper sauce.
