500 grams Spinach
1 shallot
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps butter
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
For the shrimp
12 shrimp (with tail fins, ready to cook)
2 garlic cloves
juice of lemons
5 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Trim spinach, rinse and leave dripping wet, cook in a large pot in a little boiling salted water. Rinse in cold water, drain and squeeze out excess water. Chop spinach. Peel the shallot and garlic, chop finely, cook in hot butter about 4 minutes and stir the sesame seeds.

2.

Peel garlic and chop finely. Make a marinade of oil and garlic, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3.

Rinse the shrimp, pat dry and brush with marinade. Thread 3 shrimp on each skewer and brush with marinade. Grill on a hot grill while turning for 6 minutes, periodically brushing again with marinade. Drizzle with remaining lemon juice before serving.
