- 24 shrimp
- 2 white onions
- 8 shiitake mushrooms
- Bell pepper (1/2 each, red, yellow and green)
- fresh rosemary
- 4 small scallions
- olive oil
Preparation steps

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Peel the onions and cut into eighths. Rinse the mushrooms and pat dry. Remove the seeds from the peppers, rinse and pat dry, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse and trim the scallions and cut each in half.

Distribute the vegetables, shrimp, mushrooms and rosemary on skewers. Drizzle with some olive oil and cook on a hot grill for 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
