2 garlic cloves
1 organic lemon
1 lemon (juiced)
1 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsps olive oil
Sea salt
freshly ground peppers
1 Tbsp freshly chopped cilantro

Preparation steps

Rinse the prawns, remove the heads and place in a bowl. Peel the garlic and squeeze over the prawns. Cut the lemon in wedges and mix with the prawns, the lemon juice, the honey and the oil. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Take prawns out of the marinade and place on the hot grill. Grill, turning occasionally, for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with cilantro leaves.
