125 grams fresh baby Spinach
1 garlic clove
2 tsps Caper
salt
freshly ground peppers
50 grams freshly grated Parmesan
50 grams chopped Hazelnuts
100 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the spinach and pat dry. Peel the garlic and coarsely chop. Drain the capers.

2.

Put the spinach, garlic, capers and hazelnuts in a blender and purée finely with a little olive oil. Blend, add more oil until the pesto has the desired consistency. Place in a bowl and stir in the Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
