- 1 tsp Wasabi paste
- 100 grams Sour cream

Preparation steps

Halve avocados, remove pits and scoop out flesh. In a bowl, finely mash avocados with a fork.

Peel, quarter, core and finely grate apples. Stir apples into mashed avocado, along with lemon juice, wasabi, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
