2 ripened Avocados
3 Tbsps lemon juice
1 onion
2 green chili peppers
½ bunch cilantro
salt (and pepper)

Preparation steps

1.

For the dip, peel the onion and chop finely. Halve the chile peppers, remove the seeds and finely chop. Pluck off the cilantro leaves and finely chop.

2.

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and spoon out the pulp. Mix with the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and stir in the remaining ingredients.

Serve chilled.
