Preparation steps

Peel onion, garlic and ginger. Cut thin slices from ginger for garnishing, chop the rest finely. Dice onion and garlic finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, garlic and ginger until translucent. Add tomato paste, broth and apple juice. Add honey, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
