2 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
2 Tbsps honey
3 Tbsps soy sauce
2 Red chili peppers
2 garlic cloves

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse ribs, pat dry, season with pepper and brush with oil. For the marinade, peel garlic and press through a garlic press. Halve chiles, remove seeds and ribs and finely chop. Mix garlic and chiles with remaining ingredients. Brush meat with marinade and marinate at least 3 hours.

Drain ribs and place on a hot grill. Cook about 10 minutes.

Serve ribs with Cumberland sauce (prepared product) and garnish with orange zest strips, if desired.
