2 sheets Pork ribs (1,2 kg)
½ lemon
2 Tbsps honey
1 ½ Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp butter
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground cilantro
250 grams Ketchup
1 garlic clove

Preparation steps

Rinse ribs and pat dry.

Line baking pan with aluminum foil and place ribs onto it.

Squeeze lemon juice and put into a small saucepan. Add honey,  Worcestershire sauce, butter, ginger, coriander and ketchup. Peel  garlic, chop finely and add to the sauce. Brin to boil and set aside.

Both sides with barbecue sauce reap and covered with aluminum foil for several hours, or soaked overnight in the refrigerator.

Put baking tray with ribs on hot grill and cook, covered,  for about 1 hour.

Coat ribs with half of sauce and continue cooking, covered.

Take ribs out of the tray and coat with remaining sauce. Place on grill directly and grill for 30 minutes, turining over  once.

Remove from grill, let stand for a few minutes. Separate ribs and serve.
