71 ozs Pork spare rib rack
1 tsp mustard powder
salt

1 Tbsp olive oil
½ cup dark brown sugar
cup lemon juice
1 cup gluten-free tomato Ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 170°C (150° fan) 325°F gas 3. Line a large roasting tin with foil.
2.
Rub the ribs with mustard, salt and pepper on both sides. Place on a rack in the tin in one layer.
3.
Whisk together the remaining ingredients. Brush half the sauce over the ribs to cover completely.
4.
Cover the tin with foil. Cook for 1 1/2-2 hours until tender.
5.
Serve the ribs with the remaining sauce.
