- 2 Brazil nut
- 50 milliliters low fat milk
- 100 milliliters Tomato juice
- 2 splashes Tabasco sauce
- salt
- peppers
- 1 thyme

Preparation steps

Rinse the carrots then process half of them through a juicer. Finely chop the brazil nuts, then mix into the carrot juice. Mix in the tomato juice and milk, then season to taste with salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce. Remove some of the thyme leaves from the stem, then stir into the juice mixture. Pour the drink into a glass, garnish with the remaining carrots and thyme, and serve.
