Spiced Red Wine

Juice the orange. With a fine grater, zest, then juice the lemons.
Pour the wine into a saucepan. Add the orange and lemon juice. Bring to a boil.
Then add the cinnamon sticks broken into pieces, the cloves, the star anises, and the lemon zest.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until flavours have melded, about 15-20 mins.
Pour the mixture into glasses and serve immediately with cinnamon biscuits.
