- 16 ozs Tagliatelle
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 tsps paprika
- 2 Chicken breasts (skinned and cut into small chunks)
- 1 red Bell pepper (deseeded and chopped)
- 1 green Bell pepper (deseeded and chopped)
- 1 yellow Bell pepper (deseeded and chopped)
- 2 Tbsps Sour cream
- chopped Dill (to garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Bring a large pan of salted water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle according to the packet instructions.

Heat the oil in a large skillet and gently cook the onion until soft but not brown. Add the garlic, cook for 1 more minute then stir in the paprika.
3.
Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes, stirring all the time, then add the chopped bell peppers and continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through.
4.
Stir in the sour cream, season with salt and pepper and heat through. Serve on a bed of tagliatelle and garnish with the dill weed.
