- 2 cans Tuna
- 3 ripe Beefsteak tomato
- 2 garlic cloves
- 350 grams Spaghetti
- salt
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps small Caper
- 50 milliliters dry white wine
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Preparation steps

Drain the tuna and flake with a fork. Blanch the tomatoes, peel, quarter, core and dice. Peel the garlic and chop finely.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. For the sauce: Heat the oil in a medium saucepan, sauté garlic until fragrant, add the diced tomatoes, capers and wine, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 4-5 minutes.

Add the tuna, parsley and pasta and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper and distribute among serving plates. Serve.
