Spaghetti with Fried Garlic and Lime
Place the spaghetti in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes until al dente. Meanwhile, rinse the lime and pat dry. Slice into 8 wedges. Rinse the thyme and shake dry.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the lime wedges, the garlic bulb and the thyme. Pour the finished cooked pasta into the pan. If desired, pour in a little pasta water. Toss together briefly.
Serve on a plate with the lime slices, thyme and garlic. Season with pepper.
