- 500 grams Spaghetti
- salt
- 2 onions
- 5 Tomatoes
- 1 Red Pepperoncini
- 2 garlic cloves
- 40 grams butter
- 80 grams Bacon (in strips)
- 100 milliliters white wine
- freshly ground peppers
- 50 grams Parmesan (freshly grated)
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta according to package directions in boiling salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, peel the onions and chop finely. Rinse the tomatoes, remove stalks and chop.
2.
Rinse the peperoncini, remove seeds and chop. Peel the garlic and chop.
3.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, cut the bacon into small pieces and cook until lightly browned. Cook garlic, onions and hot pepper.
4.
Add the tomatoes, pour in the white wine, cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the finished noodles directly from the cooking water into the pan, toss briefly and serve garnished with freshly grated Parmesan.
