4 shallots
3 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps olive oil
4 small red chili peppers
½ bunch parsley
peppers (freshly ground)

Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente. Peel the shallots and the garlic, finely chop and cook in a pan with oil until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Add the chilis and sauté. Rinse, dry, and finely chop the parsley leaves.

Drain the pasta, and add with the parsley to the pan. Toss everything thoroughly to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then divide onto warmed plates. Garnish each plate with one of the chili peppers.
