2 tablespoons Vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 minced garlic
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken wings and pat dry. Place in an even layer in a shallow dish. In a bowl, stir the sugar with the vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and vegetable oil. Season with cayenne to taste. Pour over the chicken wings, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, turning the chicken wings once.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and grease with oil. Pat the chicken wings dry and place on the baking sheet. Bake in a 220°C (approximately 430°F) oven for 15 minutes. Turn the chicken wings over and bake for another 5 minutes, while brushing with marinade. Turn the chicken wings again, brush the other side with marinade, and roast until cooked through and caramelized, about 10 minutes.
