½ small Radicchio (shredded)

Preparation steps

Heat the grill to hot.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, lemon juice and seasoning until smooth.

Brush the marinade over the chicken wings and arrange on a wire rack, sat on a baking tray.

Grill for 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly charred and cooked through.
5.
Meanwhile, toss the radish with the frisee lettuce and the radicchio. Arrange the salad on serving plates and arrange the chicken wings on the side.
