Preparation steps

Cut ham into thin strips. Blanch broccoli in salted boiling water, plunge into ice water and drain well for 3-4 minutes. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Rinse and trim scallions and cut into thin rings.

Place prepared vegetables in a bowl and mix.

Sprinkle with cheese and ham.

Peel garlic cloves and squeeze through a garlic press into a small bowl. Add crème fraîche and eggs and whisk everything well. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour egg mixture over prepared ingredients and mix well.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Spread out puff pastry and cut out 8 circles with a ring about 8 cm (approximately 3 inch) in diameter.

Pour quiche filling evenly into pastry and bake until golden brown for about 30 minutes in the oven. Remove from the oven to a cooling rack and still serve warm or cooled.
