Preparation steps

1.

Season steaks with salt and pepper, brush with oil and cook on a hot grill, 2-4 minutes per side, depending on preference.

Lay onion slices on a piece of oiled aluminum foil and place at the edge of the grill. Season onions with salt and pepper and brush with a little oil. Cook, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes. Halve potatoes. In a skillet, fry potatoes in 1 tablespoon oil until browned and crispy. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Remove stems from chard and chop leaves. Peel garlic. In a pan, sauté chard in 2 tablespoons oil, stirring, until wilted. Press garlic through a garlic press into the pan. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

4.

Serve steaks with vegetables.
