- 4 Sirloin steak (180 g each)
- 1 large Zucchini
- 250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat) (10% fat)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp Lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- olive oil
- Ground red pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the zucchini and cut lengthwise into thin slices. Grill on both sides until golden brown. Brush on one side with a little oil and season with salt and pepper.
Peel the garlic and crush into the yogurt. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the lemon zest and the parsley. Mix together well.

Grill the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side. Drizzle with olive oil and season vigorously with salt and pepper.
Arrange on plates.

Roll up the zucchini and pin together with a wooden toothpick. Fill with the yogurt mixture and place next to the steaks.
Serve seasoned with red pepper and the steaks drizzled with fresh lemon juice if desired.
