Preparation steps

1.
Cook the macaroni according to the directions on the packet until al dente. Quench and drain.

Fry the garlic in hot oil, add the shrimps and then stir in the tomatoes and simmer on a low heat until cooked.
3.
Season with a dash of lemon juice, a pinch of sugar, salt and ground black pepper and then stir in the pasta. Add a few dollops of sour cream and serve.
