¼ ripe Avocado
1 tsp lemon juice
200 grams prepared Sushi rice
2 toasted Nori seaweed
4 shrimp
4 tsps red Caviar
1 tsp Wasabi paste

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the zucchini and cut into matchsticks. 

2.

Peel the avocado, cut lengthwise into 4 wedges and sprinkle with lemon juice.

3.

Peel the shrimp and devein.

4.

Cut the nori in half crosswise.

5.

Shapes the rice into 4 balls.

6.

Spread the rice over the nori, top with wasabi, avocado, zucchini and shrimp and shape into hand rolls. Garnish with red caviar.
