- 2 Tbsps Wheat semolina (about 20 grams)
- 1 Tangerine (about 100 grams)
- 1 Tbsp Canola oil (about 10 grams)

Preparation steps

Bring 80 ml (approximately 1/3 cup) of water to a boil in a small pot. Whisk in the semolina and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let soak for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel mandarin orange, remove seeds and cut crosswise into slices. Coarsely chop, place in a small bowl and mash briefly with an immersion blender.

Stir in oil, check temperature and feed.
