1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Small bowl, 1 Immersion blender

Preparation steps

Bring 80 ml (approximately 1/3 cup) of water to a boil in a small pot. Whisk in the semolina and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let soak for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel mandarin orange, remove seeds and cut crosswise into slices. Coarsely chop, place in a small bowl and mash briefly with an immersion blender.
