In the evening it is often easier and more comfortable for mother and child to give the bottle. Therefore the porridge should be thinner and prepared with juice. Mandarins strengthen the immune system with lots of vitamin C and are also milder than other citrus fruits. Ideal for the baby!

The porridge can also be made with grapes or with 2 tablespoons of apple or carrot juice. As an alternative to the rice flakes you can also use tender instant oat flakes without additives.
