- 1 Tbsp Canola oil
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 Tbsp allspice
- 1 Tbsp peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 Mace
- 6 cloves
Preparation steps

Lightly press allspice and peppercorns in a mortar. Warm with cinnamon, bay leaves, nutmeg, cloves and oil in a saucepan over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Fill in a sterile container, seal well and let stand for 2 weeks in a dark, cool place.

As desired strain through a sieve. Ideally suited for cooking for Asian and Indian meat dishes.
