- 2 Tbsps Coriander
- 10 peppercorns
- 1 green chili pepper
- 70 grams salt
- 50 grams sugar
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 3 Tbsps Peanut oil
- 1 Lime (juiced)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and dry the cilantro. Remove the leaves from the stems.
2.
Crush the coriander seeds and the peppercorns in a mortar. Finely chop the chili.
3.
Mix the cilantro, crushed coriander and peppercorns, and the chili with the salt, salt, sugar, honey, oil, and the lime juice.
