Preparation steps

Put 110g| 1/2 cup salt and half the herbs in a food processor. Blend until fine and tip into a bowl
2.
Add the remaining salt and herbs and place in a shallow dish. Leave to dry for 2 hours.
3.
Spoon into glass jars and seal with lids.
