4 Scallop (fresh)
8 shrimp (fresh)
200 milliliters white wine
2 shallots
100 milliliters Whipped cream

white peppers (freshly ground)
Nutmeg (freshly grated)
1 generous pinch cinnamon
1 tsp Lemon peel (freshly grated)
1 Tbsp Dill

Preparation steps

1.

Peel shallots, finely chop and fry in pan with 1 tablespoon hot butter until soft. Add white wine and heavy cream and bring to boil. Season shallots with salt, pepper, lemon zest, cinnamon and nutmeg and set aside.

In a second pan, heat 2 teaspoons butter and gently sear scallops and shrimp on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.

Place 2 shrimp and a scallop on 4 warmed plates.

Heat sauce and blend in mixer until foamy. Pour foamed sauce over lasagna, garnish with dill and serve immediately as an appetizer.
