2 heads Endive (about 20 leaves)
1 Tbsp White vinegar
3 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Loosen the sauerkraut in a bowl using 2 forks, then mix with the chives.

Separate the individual leaves of the endive.

Mix the vinegar and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix into the salad, and chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Divide the endive onto plates, then top with the sauerkraut salad. Dust with paprika and black pepper, then serve.
