- 250 grams smoked Salmon
- 1 Tbsp cream cheese
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp Orange juice
- 2 Tbsps whipped Whipped cream
- 1 packet Cracker
- smoked Salmon (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Puree salmon and cream cheese in a food processor. Season with salt, pepper and orange juice to taste. Fold in whipped cream.
2.
Spread the salmon mixture on crackers and layer as desired. Garnish with strips of salmon and serve.
