1 lemon (juiced)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the apples, cut out the core and cut the apples in thick slices of about 1 cm (approximately ½ inch).

Mix honey with lemon juice, and sprinkle over the cut surfaces of apples. Place the red and green apple slices alternately one over the other and serve.
