- 4 Chicken breasts (ready to cook, skinless)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 16 slices Pancetta
- 8 rosemary
- 1 Ciabatta
- olive oil (for drizzling)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry, cut in half lengthwise and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken on all sides until golden brown. Remove chicken from the pan, wrap with bacon, cover each breast with a sprig of rosemary and place into a baking dish.

Bake chicken in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Cut ciabatta diagonally into slices, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and toast in the oven. Brush ciabatta with olive oil. To serve, place ciabatta on a plate and top with chicken breast.
