¼ cup shredded, red Cabbage
¼ cup shredded carrots
½ small Red onion (peeled and thinly sliced)
¼ cup Baby spinach
4 slices deli Roast beef

Preparation steps

1.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the cut sides of each roll. Layer cabbage, carrots, onion, spinach and 2 or 3 slices of roast beef on the bottom half of each roll. Season with salt and pepper and top with the remaining half of the bread roll. Serve.
