1 Cutting board, 1 Fine grater, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Pot (with lid), 1 Wooden spoon, 1 deep bowl, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Bowl, 1 Large knife, 1 Paper towel, 1 Tablespoon

Preparation steps

Rinse lemon, wipe dry and finely grate 1 teaspoon zest. Cut lemon in half and squeeze half.

Mix milk with rice, lemon zest and 1 pinch of salt in a pot. Bring to a boil, cover and cook for 25-30 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, rinse the strawberries in a bowl of cold water.

Pat dry with paper towels, then halve lengthwise or cut into quarters depending on the size.

Combine about 1/3 of the berries with 1 tablespoon maple syrup to a tall vessel and puree with an immersion blender.

Mix the puree in a bowl with strawberry pieces and a little lemon juice.
