- 1 Blood orange (peeled and sliced horizontally)
- 1 cup Arugula
- ½ cup Radish (sliced thin)
- ¼ cup Avocados (diced)
- 2 Tbsps fresh cilantro (chopped)
- ¼ cup Feta (crumbled)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- Champagne vinegar (to taste)
Preparation steps

Layer the oranges in a ring on a serving plate, alternating between the two types.
