- 300 grams aged Camembert
- 50 grams soft butter
- 100 grams cream cheese (plain)
- 2 tsps regular ground paprika
- 1 tsp Caraway
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- ½ bunch Radish
- Chives
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Mash the Camembert, butter and cream cheese together with a fork. Stir the onion, paprika and caraway into the cheese until evenly combined. Season with salt and pepper.
2.
Trim and rinse the radishes. Thinly slice half of them and finely dice the others. Fold the radishes into the cheese mixture. For serving: Place the radish and cheese mixture in a glass jar and garnish with additional radish slices and fresh chives. Serve with whole wheat bread.
