- 2 sm stalks Leeks
- 2 small Pear
- 1 head Radicchio
- 60 grams dried Cranberry
- 50 grams Walnut
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- 2 Tbsps Walnut oil
- 1 Tbsp sunflower oil
- ½ tsp medium hot Mustard
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- sugar
Preparation steps

Trim and rinse the leeks and cut into rings the leeks. Rinse the pears, cut into quarters, remove the core and cut into sticks. Remove the leaves from the radicchio, cut out the stalk, rinse and shake dry. Place two large lettuce leaves on the plate.

Spread the leek, the pear, cranberries and crushed walnuts on the radicchio. Distribute the cream cheese in small pieces. Mix vinegar, oil and mustard and season with salt, pepper and sugar to make a dressing. Drizzle over the salad just before serving.
